Before you book

You send a request. It does not hold the dates yet.
We confirm by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation message.
You pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer within 48 hours of that message, or we may release the dates. The rest is paid on arrival.

Check-in from 2:00 pm. Check-out by 12:00 noon.

Anything you borrow from us (for example camping gear) is agreed with you when you arrive. Please return the same items at check-out; any damage or loss is paid for by the guest.

If you cancel

2 or more days before arrival	Full refund

Refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 days, and are a share of what you have actually paid. Read the full Refund & Return Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

No card payment is taken on this website. After we confirm, you pay a deposit by bank transfer.
