Before you book

You send a request. It does not hold the ride time yet.
We confirm by email or WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive our confirmation message.
You pay a 50% deposit by bank transfer within 48 hours of that message, or we may release the ride time. The rest is paid on arrival.

Riding gear is lent to you for the ride. Please return all of it afterwards.

If you cancel

2 or more days before your ride	Full refund
Less than 2 days before your ride, or no-show	No refund

Refunds are sent by bank transfer within 7 days, and are a share of what you have actually paid. Read the full Refund & Return Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

No card payment is taken on this website. After we confirm, you pay a deposit by bank transfer.
